About this event

The Federal Housing Finance Agency invites you to participate in public listening sessions for the Enterprises’ proposed Duty to Serve 2022-2024 Underserved Market Plans. Stakeholders will have the opportunity to share their feedback and commentary on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s new proposed Plans. You can find these Plans on our website at www.fhfa.gov/DutyToServe.

There will be three virtual Listening Sessions with each session focusing on a different under-served market:

  • Session 1: Rural Housing, July 12, 2021
  • Session 2: Affordable Housing Preservation, July 13, 2021
  • Session 3: Manufactured Housing, July 14, 2021
